The beginning of a new year awakens new hope and confidence within us. We are aiming for new goals and want to see things and developments to improve more and more. Generally it is good to be open towards future things. The year 2012 seems to become very special to us - personally as well as ministry-wise. As FCJG Community God has given us a word for this year: The Lord has been good to you! (Ps. 116:7) For some time we have been experiencing a fresh move of the Holy Spirit in our community. The other Worship Service is well attended, and many visitors don''t want to leave after the service. They so much enjoy resting in the presence of the precious Holy Spirit.

On the Road
With regards to the many crusades and ministry outreaches in Germany and abroad, 2012 is developing quite promising. We started right away in the first few days of January. After spending Christmas and New Year's Eve together with our HELP team in Austin (TX) and ministering to the homeless and runaways by giving out food, blankets and sharing the gospel, we immediately started travelling after coming back to Germany. Our first trip took us to Tostedt (north of Germany) where we ministered at a fasting and prayer conference. Then we went to Mülheim a.d. Ruhr (one of Germany's cradles of revival in the beginning of the 20th century). There we ministered at a Fire Conference which was mostly attended by Africans.

The following weekend we went to Switzerland. Again it was an African church that invited us to serve in a conference. At the end of the first month we were in the south of Germany speaking at seminars and services in Gößweinstein and Forchheim (Bavaria). All this sounds like a mammoth programme. And so it was ... however, the Holy Spirit moved so powerfully that it was more refreshing than tiring. According to his own word God has been good to us and did awesome things in people's lives!

It is awesome to see and experience over and over again that Jesus is the same today as he has always been. He hasn't changed and still saves and delivers, works miracles, and appeases our deepest hunger and thirst by his wonderful presence. The demonstrations of the power of the Holy Spirit are signs of his mercy and grace and his kindness over us. No matter if young or old, wise or not, rich or poor, white or coloured - who and what so ever: God has been good to us and he will remain being and doing good!

Besides our many trips throughout Germany, we will also be travelling in Europe (Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands). And, of course, we will also travel internationally.
