Hello, my name is Anna and I am 24 years old.
4 years ago after finishing high school I moved to Luedenscheid to attend the Revivial School. I was hungry to learn more of the Holy Spirit and also I wanted to find out God’s calling for my life. When I was a little girl I loved hearing stories from missionaries. Especially India fascinated me and I thought that Indian girls are very pretty. My dream was that someday I would travel to that foreign country …

After Revival School God lead me into something very different then what I had planned: I went to college to study to become a nurse. It was a very important time for me to become more grounded in my identity as a child of God living in the worldly life. Besides studying, I was also part of the Prayer House team. I learned a lot about prayer and worship. Lifting up Jesus above the nations with a group of people is fun and it expands my own view: away from »me, myself and I« to God’s plans for this world. Through one of Walter Heidenreich’s teachings it became clear to me that everything in our life, in our faith begins in prayer. So I started to pray for India with other people once a week. Most of the time it was fun, but sometimes it was just about being faithful in prayer.

During the Reformation Fire Conference 2017 God spoke to me through a picture: »You are a precious diamond in my hands that I will scatter among the nations.«

This prophetic picture showed me a whole new perspective on Mission: We are not just workers in the harvest, but God’s diamonds reflecting His glory in the nations of this earth! I decided that after college I would take a step of faith, assuming that it was God, who spoke to me and that He knew my heart's dream.
In June the Prayer House group prayed and sent me off to Manila. For 3 months I will be involved in the Father’s House, a house filled with former street kids, and to experience mission life. After Manila, I will be part of an India Outreach team. We will go there to worship Jesus and lift him up in the country. I am looking forward to it and I’m eager for God's further speaking and leading in my life.
Like Paul, I can say: »I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reach perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me.« Philippians 3:12
