It is always exciting to be on the move with the Holy Spirit. Recently I had the impression to talk about Psalm 91 with a group of old people I am working with at the senior's home. And so I did. It was really good! I opened my colorful big umbrella and placed it beside me. It was clear to all that when I am standing beside the umbrella while it is raining I will get wet. To not get wet I have to do a step and take shelter under the umbrella.
Jesus already did the first step for us: The umbrella that saves is open.
On this day nobody wanted to be left in the rain. All 7 people listening did a step towards under the umbrella and invited Jesus into their lives!
Psalm 91,1-2, 9
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
Corona?
For me, it is a time to help those who are in need. And that's precisely what I've been doing since my school closed due to the coronavirus. Every Tuesday or Wednesday I am delivering food packages to people in need together with another person. On one of our tours the following happened:
He said yes, we prayed together and he entrusted his life to God.
