Living and serving in authority
We all long to live a life of authority. Our ministry should be characterized by the love and power of God. The key to this is the Holy Spirit. He enables us to do the same things as Jesus did, and even greater things. We warmly invite you to this “Special Worship Service,” in which we want to make room for the Holy Spirit so that He can lead us into this dimension.
We are very pleased that Jobst Bittner from TOS in Tübingen will be with us! He is a long-time friend of our community and a man of the Holy Spirit! We are very grateful to welcome him as part of our 50th anniversary year.
There will be two events as part of this “Special Worship Service”:
The first will take place at 10:00 a.m. and the second at 7:00 p.m., both in the Wiedenhofsaal.
There is no admission fee to attend the events. Offerings will be collected at each event.

Jobst Bittner
Jobst is an original Lüdenscheider. As an adolescent he experienced the power of the Holy Spirit. Kindled by the love of God, he dedicated his life to one aim alone: to serve Jesus with everything he has … and this desire leads us to the origins of the TOS in Tübingen that Jobst and his wife Charlotte founded and lead to this day.
When they came to Tübingen as a young married couple more than 30 years ago to pursue their studies, they did not plan to settle in the city long-term. However, God had other plans, and from shared prayer with other students a vibrant church ministry emerged. Over the years, they built what is now the work of TOS with its local, national, and international branches.
Jobst’s focus in life and ministry is the message of the all transforming love of God that surpasses our understanding; holiness, the authority of prayer and the tangible power of the Holy Spirit. His heart is longing to see cities and nations transformed by the power of God’s love, and at the same time to actively respond to the needs of individuals through both word and deed. Over the past decades, thousands have heard the Gospel through him and his church, they founded 12 churches in Germany and abroad. In addition, the TOS community is serving street kids, poor and needy people as well as drug addicts in Latin America, Belarus and Greece. And the TOS is known for praying!
Something that has personally grabbed Jobst’s heart is the confrontation with the
National Socialist past and the significance of Jewish roots for the Christian faith. Israel is deeply written in TOS’s heart.
Arion Roffler
Arion will eines: Mehr von Gott, mehr Kraft Gottes, Heilungen, Zeichen und Wunder. All das ist für ihn keine Theorie und er lebt auch nicht von Erfahrungen oder Erlebnissen. Er geht selbst kühn und mutig in der Kraft des Heiligen Geistes … und Gott gebraucht ihn.
Seit Mai 2022 ist Arion Gesamtleiter von FCJG Lüdenscheid und HELP International. Er ist mit Lydia verheiratet und gemeinsam sind sie für Jesus unterwegs.

You are cordially invited to join us for worship on Saturday evening! Participation in the service is free of charge and does not require registration.
The teaching sessions are in German. English will be offered as simultaneous translation if required. Please bring your smartphones and headphones with you!
Parents are welcome to bring their children. However, we would like to point out that the organizer does not provide childcare and there is no parallel children's program. Parents are asked to supervise their children themselves.
There is no parking right at the venue.
However, we recommend using the public parking "Parkplatz Bahnhofsallee Phänomenta" or "Park & Ride Lüdenscheid Bahnhof", which are only within 150m walking distance.
If you use public transport, you may travel to Lüdenscheid railway station, which is right across the street from the venue.
