An important part of our meetings are worship and prayer. We love to worship Jesus and spend time with God the Father in prayer. It's all about Jesus! Prophetic worship and prayers inspired and led by the Holy Spirit bring heaven to earth. We have been given authority by God to reign in the Spirit through worship and prayer. You will be given opportunities to grow in prayer, leading worship and prayer walks on the streets, worship Jesus over cities, nations and people groups and release the prophetic vision of God through worship.

We love the Holy Spirit! And we believe that we are all called to live a holistic life with the Holy Spirit - that is our passion. We say yes to his person and his power, he reveals Jesus and the Father to us. We do not focus on theory, but on living out our relationship with the Holy Spirit and living and experiencing the dimension of the kingdom of God in a very practical way!

We want to follow Jesus to the ends of the earth. He has saved us, transformed us, and has given us a mission: To go - out of love for Him - and make disciples of all nations. With passion, we proclaim the gospel to all peoples and demonstrate it through the power of God and acts of mercy. The MAS - Staff Training School serves to equip people to go to missions. We love stepping out with the gifts of the Spirit and seeing how God touches, transforms, heals, and sets people free—on the streets of our cities just as much as at the ends of the earth.

All we believe and do is based on what is written in the Bible. Therefore, our teaching sessions are a vital part of the school. We go through a variety of topics that lay a foundation for your life so that God can build on it: Living like Jesus, divine fatherhood, identity, baptism in the Holy Spirit, living in the power of the Holy Spirit, discipleship and missions are some examples. The teachings are held by the MFS staff, the leadership of FCJG and missionaries from HELP, as well as national and international guest speakers – it is a privilege to learn from fathers and mothers in the faith!

The MAS - Staff Training School is part of FCJG and HELP International. Consequently, you will not only become part of the school community, but join an international family – in Lüdenscheid and far beyond. Therefore, we are including community gatherings of the FCJG Family in our everyday life. Whether in church services, family nights or when praying for the nations, you are meeting many people and learn from them. You will hear from our missionaries, share in what happens in the nations and have opportunities to become active. As HELP International we have various ministries abroad which also offer possibilities to take further steps toward missions after the school.

Living together is the core principle of our community. Where do we experience discipleship? By living with others. That's where you learn the most — foremost about yourself! When working together, sharing your room with a mate or in daily encounters, there is training happening that reaches straight into your heart. That is why living together has as important a share in your school term as all inputs and outreaches.
