We live in times of powerful moves of the Holy Spirit and an increasing desire of God’s people for His presence. In order to host this move, it takes spiritual leaders who give themselves fully to the work of the Holy Spirit and embrace His presence. It takes strong leaders who have a vision and who release God’s people to develop a wide perspective.

»Leadership« is addressing leaders, pastors, elders and people who are in responsibility in church, Christian communities and ministries. Taking responsibility as spiritual leaders is a privilege and a great blessing. However, spiritual leadership is not doable by own efforts and we cannot claim it. It requires Jesus’ divine and supernatural calling.

When Jesus called the disciples to follow Him, they were not super-talented and gifted, no heroes and they definitely didn’t have it all together and knew it all. But it was Jesus who enabled those who gave him a »Yes«: Those, who counted the cost and were willing to pay it. Those, who were bold enough to lay their lives down and totally surrendered to the Holy Spirit. Those, who stood in the frontlines, »where the arrows fly and the battle rages«. (Eph. 6:12)

Today, God is asking leaders: »Whom shall I send?« This question is associated to more questions addressed to us as leaders:

  • What is spiritual leadership?
  • What does it mean to lead prophetically and to have a vision?
  • What does it mean to lead out of the presence of God?
  • What does it mean to have a leader’s heart?  … and more

Both, Ingolf Ellßel and Walter Heidenreich are men of God, who love the Holy Spirit, who embrace Him, His power and the manifestations, i.e. resting and laughing in the Spirit, healing, tongues, signs and wonders, etc. They radically live for Jesus, and their passion and love for Him and the body of Christ are inspiring and impacting. Both have been mature and strong leaders for many decades. They hold spiritual offices in Germany and Europe, and both have an international mandate to speak and teach on spiritual leadership.

In preparation to the conference the speakers recommend to read »Spiritual Leadership« by Oswald Sanders.

Speakers

Ingolf Ellssel

Nationally and internationally Ingolf Ellßel is known for his passion for Jesus and his powerful teaching on the Holy Spirit. »Do whatever he tells you« is the motto of his life and the red thread of his ministry. He trained to be a metalworker before studying at a business high school followed by studies at the Theological Seminary Beröa. Since the year 1980, he has been an ordained pastor and took up his first assignment at »Christus Centrum Tostedt« (CCT). Further appointments followed: President of the BFP (Fellowship of Pentecostal Churches in Germany), leader of the Pentecostal European Movement, board member of the World Pentecostal Committee and chairman of the »International Christian Embassy Jerusalem«. Since 2015, he is pastor in full-time travel ministry. He loves the people of God and wants to see people embracing the fullness of their destiny. Thus, his message still is, »Surrender to the Holy Spirit – embrace Him and everything he gives. Only that will transform your life and enable you to do what Jesus has called you to.«

Ingolf is married to Sigrid. They have five children and 11 grandchildren.

Walter Heidenreich webWalter Heidenreich has been in full-time ministry for more than 40 years. From small beginnings in the 70s, FCJG Lüdenscheid has grown to an international ministry with branches in Europe, Asia and the USA. Everyhwere Walter goes, he is at home – in megachurches, small gatherings as much as in all kinds of Christian fellowships – and he is a blessing wherever he goes. His characteristic features are his uncompromising love to Jesus and his radical lifestyle, especially when it comes to advance God’s kingdom. »May every leader experience a personal awakening and lead God’s people into a wide land – just as Jesus did. That way we make a way for the Holy Spirit to release revival in our nation and beyond.«

Walter is an internationally well-known and credited evangelist and speaker. Hundreds of thousands have come to believe in Jesus through his ministry and were impacted by his autobiography »Help – I need somebody«. Walter is married to Irene and they are part of FCJG Lüdenscheid. His international ministry FCJG Horizon has led him to almost every continent.
