'.., to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.' (Isaiah 61:3)
Her face expresses deep joy while valuable oil is poured on her head from above. Behind her are the colors of the German flag. This is what I saw like a visual picture while I was in the presence of God. I also felt the overflowing joy that the woman received.

God wants to fill us with his supernatural joy. A joy that is not dependent on circumstances and satisfies the depths of our inner being. The joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
In order to live a life filled with strength, we need the ability to rejoice in the Lord, no matter what happens around us; and to be thankful all the time.
Through this picture, I feel that God is saying that He wants to pour out the oil of joy on His bride in Germany.
There is a longing in the hearts in Germany for this joy, and we, the body of Christ, are reflecting Jesus to those who don't know this heavenly joy.
