"The king is coming! " This shout is resounding into the City Center Square of Luedenscheid. Loud trumpet sounds as well as the words of Isaiah 53 are preparing the way. In a solemn triumphal procession we are marching towards the center. Accompanied with shouts of joy a wooden cross is planted into the middle of the square. The best message in the world is being proclaimed. "The cross is empty! Jesus is alive!" A first spectator gives his life to Jesus and others follow. For example a young Iranian listening to the testimony of one of our guys who just recently was set free from drugs in House Wiedenhof. A woman from another town who had lost relationship with Jesus just happens to be in Luedenscheid for shopping. But this afternoon obviously was not a random event as it is turning out to become a fresh encounter with Jesus for her. Talking to a bypasser someone gets a word about pain in the collarbone. After having received prayer the man is able again to painlessly move his arm. There are others being healed from shoulder pain and migraine. There are more words of knowledge fitting to what people just are experiencing in their lives. By those thruths their hearts are softened  for Jesus.
We are just excited and thankful for what God has done!

Hello, I'm Natalie from Berlin. I was at the Power Week 'Shake the City'.

We went to the streets every day to tell people about Jesus. At the beginning I was a little concerned because street evangelisms challenged me. They always took a lot of my power, but God changed a lot in that week. My prayer was to be able to share the love of Jesus naturally.
Now I can talk to people very easily and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. I don't have to think about it anymore but can just tell about my beautiful King.
God also blessed my Ministry in Berlin with growth. I organise street evangelisms where just a few people joined me. It is so exciting to see more people coming with us to share the love of Jesus. We just place tables and chairs in a park and 'take the land'. We sing songs, inspired by the Holy Spirit, receive prophetic or biblical words and the atmosphere changes. People stopping because they feel the change, the love and warmth. God's presence makes the Evangelism easier.
During the Power Week I got inspired how street evangelism can look like practically and spiritually. If you wish a change for you, your evangelisms or your city, Luedenscheid will be a great place be changed.
At the weekend, the Culture- and Musicfestival „Walk the line“ attracted many people to come to the graffiti-painted Pavilions to listen to music and drink Cocktails. But where does this „line“ lead to? Named after the famous Country-Star Johnny Cash who experienced- after his dealings with alcohol- the love and power of God that transformed him! Encouraged by this dynamic life-changing power that we also experienced and the impression we received in prayer that there are prepared people, we went out and truly met those people:
One woman received a word of knowledge from God while talking to a young woman. At the end of the conversation she told the woman about her impression which was matching perfectly, so the woman asked how she could know her? She explained that the Father in heaven knows her exactly and encouraged her by speaking value and the love of God  into the woman's life.
Another person was lead by the Holy Spirit to go to a Heavy-Metal Pavilion and there he showed her a woman and the impression that God wants to get her out. The woman asked if God truly loves her, so our staff told her about God's love and she was touched.
Another Team talked to a man who was selling meat skewers. He already heard about God but partly turned away from him. He didn't knew the Holy Spirit personally but wanted to, so he invited Jesus in his life and said „yes“ to the Holy Spirit. Immediately the man realised: „You were sent to me by the Holy Spirit!“.
With brush and easel a team went into a Rap-Pavillion, asking to being allowed to paint prophetic paintings for people. One of these spontaneous pantings meaning hit a man that much, that the team could pray for him.
God confirmed many prophetic words during the evenign and many people were touched...and it will go on!

For many years, Bärbel Löffel-Schröder was in charge of the children’s ministry in FCJG. Besides, she became an increasingly well-renounced author of Christian children’s stories, i.e. through quite a number of the Maike stories and radio play CDs. Recently Bärbel handed responsibilities of the children’s ministries over to Christiane Leistner. She continues to live at the Vision House (former Mission House), and she will expand her activities as an author and freelance artist. You are welcome to invite her to children’s events and readings. Please find details on her website.

Bärbel, we would like to thank you for your wonderful leadership over so many years and your extraordinary engagement. You put your evangelistic calling into action and reached thousands of children in Lüdenscheid and Germany with the message of Jesus. Bärbel, you are so gifted in bringing the Christian faith very naturally into the everyday life of children. What a blessing! Especially children from fringe groups and socially devastated backgrounds in Lüdenscheid have encountered Jesus through you ... and there are more to come. Thank you very much for your open heart and your investment. We are looking forward to the future with you!

At Pentecoast 2016 Bärbel Löffel-Schröder, Christiane Leistner and Petra Erkens (FCJG/HELP International Leader) will lead the Kids-Conference “Burning Hearts Kids”, that takes place collateral to the Conference “Burning Hearts” in Lüdenscheid. We welcome you all to join it!

Danke von Herzen 1.2
