Go into all the world, Jesus says - until the ends of the earth have heard the Good News. So what can mission look like during in the current times regarding corona?

We know it is not the time to be quiet. Jesus has changed our lives so much that we want to tell others about it. And as loudly as possible, so that everyone hears. 

On Easter Sunday we headed into our city, worshiped and preached the Gospel. “It has power when you shout out the name of Jesus and the work of the cross, as loud as possible so that everyone hears it," says Franzi, a student of ours. "While I was preaching, I saw windows open and at the end I even heard someone cheering from their home."

 

Prayer that transforms a city

Another time we walked the streets praying in groups of two. "This time we proclaimed the word of God over the city. My prayer partner and I had such joy in doing this. We felt that things really shifted in our city because of this outreach." - Patricia

We experienced that through praying for our city we can receive God's heart. When we reach out for what is important to God, and in turn we experience His joy. And this in turn motivates us to share His heart with people.

 

It’s a joy to share about Jesus

Right now everyone is taking part in a workshop where they can learn to share the gospel creatively for example social media or photography, regarding this Ruth says, "I chose the mercy workshop to receive God's heart and to bring hope to people. I knew it would be challenging but it would also be practical. It is always such a joy to share about Jesus.”

 We’re experiencing that Mission is possible - and it’s just an opportunity for us partner with the Holy Spirit and to find creative ways to reach people!

UPDATE

Dear friends,

As every year, we had our community days at the beginning of January. There we took time together to be in God's presence.

We had a special time in which we intensely experienced the work of the Holy Spirit. His power, his grace and his speaking were clear. During these days, he focused on gathering us together to intentionally spend time in his presence. Our gaze should be directed towards the cross: it is the center of our service and life.

Personally, but also as a community, we realize that the Holy Spirit wants to equip us for this time and what is to come. He wants to lead us into renewal so that things can be born anew. In order to create space for this, we have put the seminars, the Special Weeks and the EM Camp on the altar and will cancel these events this year.

However, you are welcome to attend our weekly church service on Saturdays at 7 p.m. in the Wiedenhof or to visit our prayer mountain in Lüdenscheid. It is also possible to join us in our life as a community for a while.

We look forward to staying in touch with you and are excited to see what God will do this year and what will come out of it.

You have the opportunity to join the REVIVAL SCHOOL training program for a year, a month, a week etc...
In order to get to experience the REVIVAL SCHOOL first-hand you can come by for an Experience Week. We will also have a three-month outreach during the school year, this could be a pioneer outreach, or an outreach to one of our existing HELP International bases. The teachings will be from recognisable national and international speakers and leaders and staff members of FCJG (e.g. Walter Heidenreich, Petra Feddersen, Arion Roffler, Jobst Bittner, Jackie Pullinger, Chris Schuller, etc.)

Cost 2024

Following tuitions cover accommodation and food.

• REVIVAL SCHOOL Year 2024: total € 6,710 (Cost divided into 11 monthly payments € 610 per month)
• One Month 2024: € 730

All costs refer only to the year 2024. All fees and expenses are subject to change.

Every participant is obliged to pay a registration fee of € 50 after receiving a confirmation in writing. This charge will be invoiced with the next payment of tuition. In case of rescission, the registration fee will be deducted to cover administration expenses.

Not included in the cost/tuition:

• external conferences
• national and international outreaches

Note to participants of the one year training: Because we are a full-time school, you will be challenged to grow in faith and move forward. We encourage you to have a prayer and support circle.
